Calendar takes forever to create new appointment.

Please help.

Windows XP
Outlook 2003

When Outlook 2003 is first opened, it takes 30 seconds to create a new
calendar appointment. After that, new appointments are created almost
instantly.

I have:
deleted frmcache.dat
ran repair Office from original disk
cleared the Cache

for what its worth: tools/forms/choose form/standard form library/
appointment will return: "Form load failed".

I have 3 Calendars listed under My Calendars. I do not know why. Only
Calendar is checked. Unchecked are 2 Calendar in Personal Folders.

I'm going crazy trying to figure this one out. Please help.
