How do I set the Calendar to start with previous the Sunday and forward 2
weeks in the display? Would like this to always display upon restarting
anytime.

It is like a conditional floating start point (based on today's date) plus
14 days.

outlook doesn't support such a view. you'll need to reselect it each time.
