For some reason the grid size on my office Outlook monthly calendar has
changed. I used to be able to view 3 appointments, but now I can only see 2.
When I switched to the weekly view, all 3 are visible, and even 4, but when I
go to the monthly view I can only see 2 appointments. I would like to be able
to see at least 4 but that may be asking too much. IS THERE ANY HELP OUT
THERE??? I am running the new 2007 Microsoft office

I don't understand...you only have 3 appointments in the whole month and the
monthly view is only showing two of them? Or do you mean any particular day
in the month view only shows a maximum of 2 appointments?

Marty: I belive youhave the same problem as I do. Any particular day only
shows two appointments. In my case, the third, fouth.... show on the day
view, but not on the month view. My calendar shows 6 weeks in the month
calendar view. If this could change to 4 weeks the row height would be higher
and the other appts should show. I don't recall having 6 weeks showing on the
monthly calendar view before now. (Have recently been syncing iphone with
Outlook). Will check back to see if Jocelyn can solve this.

Marty: Got the solution and it works. See what Brian wrote.

Click on a date in the Date Navigator and drag the mouse over the number of
weeks you want to display.

Fred.... U the Man! I would've never figured out this solution of
highlioghting the days I want to see via the navagation pane, thus making
more room per day to view more appts. thank you thank you thank you! I have a
42" lcd hooked up to my computer and I just wanted to view 4 weeks only for
better appt display... nice post.

Let me know if you find a way to have calendar default too 4 weeks so you
don't have to keep highlighting 4 weeks in the navigater. Glad I could help.
