Calendar shows forms missing to create a new appointment

's Computer Specifications

Since I upgraded to 2003 I get a message saying the form required to view
this message cannot be displayed. How can I fix this so I can add new
appointments?

Try clearing the forms cache.

I have tried clearing my cache but it didnt work. Same error message. What
