Calendar Sharing

I have setup my calendar (Microsoft Office 2007) for sharing. I share through
Microsoft Exchange. One person is on the list. I want to add another person
but I am getting the following error message: "ERROR WHILE PREPARING TO SEND
SHARING MESSAGE. SERVER RETURNED AN ERROR."

I have no idea the problem is or how to correct it. Any help would be
appreciated.
