Hi, we are sharing an office with another company and share their board room.
At the moment the booking system for the board room is done on paper. I
wondered if there was a way we could use Outlook to manage it instead.

In our previous office we had the Board room set up with a user account on
our server, and our employees could 'invite' it to their meeting as a
Resource, and the meeting would be added to the Board Room's Calendar in
Outlook (all employees also were able to view the BR's calandar). This was
all on the one domain though, and I am wondering if the same setup could work
here. We are using Win SBS 2003 and Office 2007 and I think the other company
is too. Any advice appreciated.
