Calendar (scheduler) for desktop (XP) - sync with PDA calendar

Have a new PDA - like it's Calendar scheduler, and want to keep its schedule
information on my PC also, and link the two.

Where can Calendar be found for XP? I remember using it on windows 3.1 (I'm
assuming it was a microsoft program as it looks the same), but can't find it
anywhere on my XP.
