Calendar responses

Is there a way for me to suppress calendar responses? Or move them
automatically to a "response" folder? I've tried using the accepted or
updated subject line in a rule but some 'real' messages have been moved there
which I have, as a result, missed/been late to answer.

Also looking to not have my responses stored in my sent box. Unless those
are required in order for the recipient to know that I have accepted?

Thank you!
