One of my clients has Exchange 2003 Resource Accounts for the various
conference rooms in their facility. Is there a view or an add-in, or a way
to customize a calendar view so that the 5 conference rooms appear on 1
calendar for printing - each day would list each event in every room...

i.e.

9:00AM 103A Team A
9:00AM 103B Team B
9:30AM 105 Team C
10:00AM 104 Executive Committee
11:00am 103A Weight Watchers

etc.

I know they could open each calendar on screen and see the various events -
but one of the admin folks would like to be able to print a week or month
view that has all 12 rooms integrated.

What version of Outlook is your client using?

With Outlook 2007 you can use the Calendar Printing Assistant
to combine. The Calendar Printing Assistant is available on MS.

The client is using Outlook 2003. They are not ready to upgrade to Microsoft
Office 2007 yet.

The Calendar Printing Assistant would be exactly what they need... except
for Outlook 2003.
