I missed an important meeting this morning. How can I put calendar remonder
on desk top or task bar so the meeting reminder activates. I want to do this
without having outlook open all the time. Ideas? Thank you.

Outlook must be running in oder for you to see reminders. Otherwise, you
need a third-party program.
