calendar reminder problem in outlook 2003

I'm using outlook 2003 in windows xp (with latest service pack and hotfix).
Found that when the due time of calendar event reaches, besides the reminder
message pops up, an email is also delivered to "Inbox". Please help.

What does the message say? Who is it from? Do you have an addin configured
to send a message?

1. Sender & recipient address is the user's email address.

2. Message subject shows event time frame with subject:
Subject: 09:00 AM -> 09:30 AM : Testing

3. Message body:
Reminder for (username) <(user email address)>:

Subject: Testing
Date: 10/07/09
Time: 09:00 AM -> 09:30 AM
Repeats: No
Location and Resources:

Description:


And, there's no add-in configured to send message
