Calendar Printing Assistantr and Outlook 2007

When I open CPAO I get an error message:

Cannot retreive events from folder 'Calendar'. Original Microsoft Office
Outllook 2007 Error Message. Unspecified Message.

2 hours with tech support could not correct this. Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated.
