Calendar Printing Assistant prints chopped off

I found the Calendar Printing Assistant, and found that monthly horizontal
calendars (no picture above, just plain) print with HUGE dates that go off
the page (4 1/2 days x 3 1/2 days per page). If I reduce it to 50% in PRINTER
SETTINGS, I still get the same piece of calendar, only smaller. Vertical
calendar prints o.k., but cuts off my all day events at the end of one line
(although there is still a LOT of room in the date). Only the timed events
print will wrap and print totally. Also, descriptions for the calendar views
in monthly don't seem to correspond w/the template. Several seem the same. Is
this just buggy software? The printing problems show up just the same on my
HP Laserjet 1200 and my HP Photosmart 2610 just the same, and they have
separate drivers, so I don't think that's it. Anyone have any suggestions? I
used HELP in Calendar Printing to checkfor updates. Did do the updates, but
they did not seem related to my issues, and they didn't help. Anyone else
have issues? Any suggestions?
Thanks.

How about your paper size and other settings in the Printer Assistant?

Thanks, Bill, you're brilliant. Since nothing special appeared to be selected
in the paper size column, and the printer paper size was letter, it never
occurred to me. It is curious that the letter size is CUSTOM and at the
bottom of a long list of other sizes.

Thanks so much.

No sweat!
What I'd like is templates for this in A4. Microsoft doesn't still seem to
realize (usually spelled with an s) that some of us live outside the US and
use that not-so-new fangled SI system.

There is now a new app that converts Outlook Calendars to native Word -or-
Excel format (in a variety of layouts :-). See:
http://www.wincalendar.com/Outlook-Calendar-Import.htm

Yes- it also allows text to wrap and since the end result is a MS Office doc
or xls, you can further edit, add pictures, change font ... and then print
using all the powerful printing features available to MS Word & Excel.

njoy
