You can add more calendars - there should be a link at the bottom of the
left pane. If you don't have the left pane, press Alt+F2 to show the
calendar bar - or click the title bar of the right pane and choose Calendars
and Tasks. Also, their calendar needs to be in your profile - listed under
people's calendars.
