Not sure if the forum covers Add-Ins..... but

In the Monthly styles is there a way to remove the large numbers in center
of each date to just have the day numer in top or bottom corner of a day cell.

Also is there a way to force it to use the print duplex, printer can duplex
and want to print on duplex but only prints single sided.

The CPA has some great layouts, but yes, it is not very flexible.
If you need additional flexibility, try a app called WinCalendar.
WinCalendar, is a calendar maker that allows you to import all your
Outlook appointments into created calendars in both native MS Word &
MS Excel format.
From Word/Excel you can further edit, or print using all the abundant
printing features in Word/Excel.
