When pulling up a shared calendar in Calendar Printing Assistant, there are
missing appointments for certain days. Some are stand-alone appointments and
some are recurring appointments.

I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue?

Thanks,
-Gordon

Are they marked as private?
Make sure you have the SP1 for Calendar Printing Assistant installed.

My Calendar Printing Assistant was working perfectly until 2/27/2008, when it
stopped displaying recurring appointments in my Outlook 2007 calendars. On
2/29/2008 there are no appointments showing up in the CPAO, though there are
regular appointments in my Outlook calendars. Did leap year thow this thing
off? None of the appointments I'm missing are private, and I have installed
the service pack. Our whole organization relies on this daily calendar that
synthesized information from about 12 Outlook calendars. Thanks.

I am having the exact same problem. I haven't had any luck when contacting
Microsoft. Did you find a fix?

I am also having the exact same problem. I agree with you Tim that it seems
to correspond with the leap day (2/27, 2/28, 2/29 timeframe). The app was
working perfectly before then. I see this problem only with reoccuring
appointments, not stand alone. Another odd thing I found this morning, one
admin assistant printed out the calendar and most of the appointments were
there, couple hours later another admin logged into the same computer and
some of the ones that were printed out earlier in the day were missing. This
has got me stumped. Any suggestions are appreciated.

We too are having the exact problem. Started with recurring tasks on February
27th.

Problem exists across multiple workstations & after removing/reinstalling
the printing assistant and repatching it. Also tried not patching it with
SP1, issue still exists.

It started when I changed some descriptions of a recurring appointment and
deleted some other instances. Can't pin it down exactly, but recurring
apoointments I didn't touch still show up.

It really seems a shame because this is an elegant product otherwise. I get
a little tired of debuggin Microsoft apps.

Has anyone been able to get a definitive word from Microsoft? I really don't
want to pay $49.95 for a support issue that is a bug!!!!

Did anyone find out what this was? I love this plugin - execpt for recurring
appointment glitch. I have the latest update discussed - doesn't fix it. I
did send e-mail to MS - got a really stupid reply (didn't understand that
this was the Calendar Printing Assistant plugin from MS, not plain old
Calendar).

Please post here if you have news!
