I am trying to print a daily calendar for my binder and the page size is
4.25x6.75.
When I resize the calendar to that size, all the fonts stay the same as for
letter and it is totally unreadable. Anyone know of a way to adjust the font
sizes in the printing assistant? Or create a custom template?

You can customize the template file (.calx). Rename the file, change the
..calx to .zip. Open the zip file and edit the content.xml file. You can
change the font size in the xml file, look for the FontSize="??” around the
source tag. Save the xml file and rename back to .xcal.
