I just installed office 2007 and calendar printing assistant on a new laptop.
When I open CPA and select my additional calendars to overlay, they show up
with a red X beside each one. When I click on the X it displays an error
"cannot retrieve events from calendar. Original microsoft office outlook
2007 error message 263040." I've reinstalled both CPA and office. I've fixed
the mapi dll file. It runs fine on my other computer. I've created a new
profile in Outlook and it still gives the same error. I can see all the
calendars fine in Outlook, just not in CPA to print. Any ideas?

make sure you have all the latest updates installed and try help, office
diagnostics.

yes all updates have been applied and the diagnostics found no issues. Any
other suggestions I can try?

these are from other mailboxes? are you caching them? open the account
settings, more settings button, second tab to check.
