I download Calendar Printing Assistant to get better options for printing
calendars. I'm trying to print a "month at a glance" calendar, but CPA
prints out 3 pages. How can I condense everything to one page?

What template are you using, and what paper size are you using?

Month Overview on letter size paper, portrait orientation. For some reason
three pages come up (for example) for the month of October. It appears this
is because on some days I have more activities scheduled than can fit on one
day on the calendar, but only the top portion of each days space is used.

BTW, I clicked on the link in the email I received and I couldn't get to the
right page. Actually, it just brought up a blank page.

Thanks.

maybe try "Month with 2 Day Columns" in Portrait instead.

I just use the newsreader as that is the direct connection to the
server. As the the web page e-mail notification business, it seems to
have its ups and downs.

Nope, same result. I end up with three pages.

Perhaps then this because of the sheer number of appointments you have
in a single day. Try Application Settings. You can make some adjustments
there. Also try unchecking "Show all days with uniform settings" to get
around the aberrant days.

Those changes had no effect. The odd thing is that printing a calendar from
within Outlook doesn't create this problem. Outlook will just drop off the
extra things that don't fit.

Is there a way to reduce the font size so that more will fit? Also, in CPA
calendar entries are only printed on the top portion of each day. There is
room for more, but the program just leaves blank space. Why won't the
program keep listing things until the entire "box" for the day is full?

The font settings are in the Application Setting section. I don't know
what you are doing, but I have put 24 appointments in a single day, and
it still puts it all on a single page, and lists all 24 in that day.
