How do I print a monthly calendar in a 7-day format -- one block for each
day, not Sat/Sun in the same block?

To show Saturday and Sunday in separate boxes in the month view, choose View
| Current View | Customize Current View | Other Settings > clear the box for
"Compress weekend days"
