calendar options

We are using Office 2003.

In Resource Scheduling, we have automatically accept meeting requests and
process cancellations checked.

However, alot of times the meeting requests sit in the in box and do not
accept automatically. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

Any suggestions?
