Calendar Note Repeating on All Appointments

Calendar Notes on one appointment will repeat on several
other appointments on the same day.
Initial notes will appear on appointment entered.
Duplicate notes will appear on other appointments, but
only in print preview or on the printed page. Duplicate
notes do not appear on the desktop notes of other
appointments, only in print preview or on the printed
page. ???
