calendar not showing all items when viewing someone elses calendar

I have a problem that started yesterday on a mailbox. When she tries to open
someone else calendar she does not see all items. (They are not marked
private).
She could see all items last week, but from today on she cannot see any of
the items. I can look at that calendar and see everything. She can look at
others and see everything. We have tried deleting the share permissions and
resetting them. Does anyone have any other thoughts?

This is Outlook 2002.
