Calendar Navigation Oddity

In Outlook Calendar, I navigate through the days or weeks by clicking on the
days or weeks in the Calendar month displayed at the top of the left pane.
With the view in Work Week mode, I can click on the last week (bottom row) of
the Calendar month and the month moves on by one. However, for May 2010 and
January 2011, where the 31st occurs on a Monday, this functionality is lost.
The rightward-pointing black 'Next month' triangle seems to be the only
option, but this moves the view on by one month instead of by one week.
Is this a known feature?

Which version of Outlook? How many navigation calendars do you show? I
can't repro problems on Outlook 2010.
