After meetings some organizers send the updates through the original meeting
notice. Is there a way to remove all the attachments? My calendar is
becoming very large and causing problems on my exchange server.

Basically, if you go to properties of a particular notice & look at the size
it shows the following: 10 MB (Contains 8 included file(s))
but I cannot see the 8 files.

Any help with this would be great!

File->save attachments. Choose your location in your file system, then
delete them from the meeting.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Sony asked:

The problem is that I cannot see all the attachments. In some instances I
can see a single file but that is all I can delete, in others I cannot see
any files. It does not matter if I choose to look at the series or
occurrence. It will say in the properties section the size & how many files
are there, but I am unable to see them. One particular notice shows 10 MB
with 8 files included but I don't see any of the files. Is there a way to go
in & view these so I can delete them? Even if I try to save attachments it
never prompts me to perform this action.
