I want to change the label colors. Directions are "in Calendar" and click
"calendar coloring". Where is "in Calendar"? I can't get to anything that
has a "calendar coloring" option to change.

You can change the labels, but not the colors.

When in the calendar view, you should have a button on your toolbar with
various colors displayed in a month-like calendar view. Or, you can select
an appointment, right click on it and select labels, edit labels.
