No. The built-in "group schedule" feature in Outlook displays the schedule in specialized version of the Outlook appointment form's Scheduling tab. This display does not support color labels. Instead, it color codes the appointment status (Busy, Tentative, etc.).
Color labels apply only in the day/week/month views of a calendar folder. You might want to look at tools that can collate information from individual schedules into one calendar folder or one custom color-coded calendar display. See
