Our CEO realized yesterday that all of his appts. are missing from his
calendar. I have checked Deleted Items and nothing is there to do with
calendar. There is no backup to restore from at this time (another problem
in itself). Any suggestions? He does share the calendar with his admin who
I checked and she has not deleted items as well nor any appts.

THANKS!

Yes, all other data seems to be correct. Just the calendar items.

I don't know of any instance when Outlook deletes things without deliberate
user action. Have yuo checked his archive settings? SInce you're sharing
calendars, you appear to have Exchange. Have you checked the "Recover
Deleted Items" feature?
