Calendar items not showing

I have a customer with a weird problem.
On his machine, when he clicks on Calendar (left pane),
only the recurring items are showing. If he presses Pg
up/Pg Down, all items appear as normal.
If I disable Caching Exchange mode, everything is normal.

I've tried deleting the ost file and enabling Caching
mode again, it doens't help/

Setup:
Exchange 2003, Outlook 2003, Palm Desktop and
PocketMirror (newest version)
His secretary has delegated control over his calendar and
mail, but not full mailbox rights. (No rights specified
in Exchange)
For him caching mode is vital, as he is traveling a lot.
Does anyone know this strange behaviour, and/or anyone
any idea to solve this.
