Outlook 2003 - Why are my items over 30 days missing? Using Outlook 2003 pro.

Are those items being auto-archived? Check those properties here: Right
click on the Calendar folder, choose Properties and go to the Auto-Archive
tab

I don't see and autoarchive tab. I also noticed I don't have a service pack
number for Outlook. Could that be an issue?

What tabs do you see when you check the properties on the Calendar folder?

Then you're not doing what Vice said to do.

Clearly I misspoke in a prior message. Is this an IMAP or Hotmail account?

I am doing exactly what Vince said to do. I checked the properties of the
calendar folder in question and the auto archive tabs is not there. My last
reply to Vince shows what tabs I have. I downloaded SP3 and installed and
there is still no auto archive tab.

Maybe your Exchange administrator has setup some sort of archiving rules.
You might want to check with them
