My colleague advised me that when I send calendar invites that a message
similar to the one below appears in the BODY of the calendar invite along
with exact same info repeated in the fields When and Where. She would like
to turn this feature on in her Outlook 2007 client so it will draw attention
to the time zone when sending our her invites. Any idea why this works for
me and not her?

When: Monday, August 04, 2008 9:00 AM-9:30 AM (GMT-06:00) Central Time (US &
Canada).
Where: 888.555.1212

Is she clicking on the Time Zone option in the meeting invite when she is creating it?

We found out that it has something to do with which Outlook 2007 we use. If
we use it on our local hard drive then the repeated time with time zones
appear. But if we use it on Citrix then it does not appear. Still not sure
what setting turns this on. And we have tried with and without using the
time zone option and it makes no difference.
