calendar invite replies being sent to originator plus another

We're wondering why the other user is also receiving the
replies? Checked profiles, permissions - ms website.
Anyone run into this before?

First guess would be that the "other" has been designated
a "Delegate" by the originator.

Check in TOOLS | OPTIONS
