I've a large number of people's diaries avalible in my Calendar and i'm
trying to sort them into managable groups. The groups reflect work projects.
Some Projects have overlapping members. My question is: how do I have one
person's name showing in multiuple groups as they're in multiple projects?

It would be helpful, for instance, if i wanted to quickly bring up
everyones' dairies in one particular project to plan a meeting. Presently, I
have to go up and down the list finding those individuals who are in
multiuple groups.

Thanks,
G

Version? Have you looked at group calendars - see action menu. This will
allow you to see the free busy of groups of users in a scheduling grid and
you can put people in multiple groups.
