Hi

How do I stop my calendar entries being deleted automatically?

I can’t seem to locate where the Auto Archive is in Outlook for Windows 7 it
doesn’t appear to be showing when you click on options and then the ‘Other’
tab.

Thanks

What version of Outlook? If unsure, see help, about.
Are you syncing with a smartphone or pda? They can delete appointments as
they age and when they do, they are deleted from outlook on the next sync.

Thanks Diane

I was actually posting the message for someone else who, for some reason, is
at a company where this site is blocked (shrugs).

I have passed on your information and let you know if I receive a response.

Thank you.

The person involved had his blackberry set to delete things after 60 days.
