Usually one asks calendar questions in microsoft.public.outlook.calendaring

The To Do bar will show you the default calendar only. He has his active
events in a non-default calendar.

No need to fear. Display the old calendar in a table view like By Category.
Select all the events with Ctrl-A and click Edit>Copy (or Move) to Folder.
Specify the default Calendar as the destination.

With Outlook closed, make a copy of any PST listed in File>Data Files
Management, Tools>Account Settings>Data Files, or Control Panel>Mail>Data
Files

Sounds like he has one calendar in the mailbox and one calendar in a PST.
Only he can tell which is which. Tools>Account Settings>Data Files will
indicate which data store is the default. If he has an Exchnage mailbox
there, it should be chosen as the default.
