Calendar Color Coding

If I am missing something, please redirect me.

I can do the color coding but it does not look like the
program will translate my chosen color coding to the
receiver of the meeting. This would be EXTREMELY useful
in our work.

I'm wondering if anyone knows if there is a 'fix' for this
sort of thing or if it's a matter of 'needs to be
developed for future builds'.
