Thanks for the response. As a workaround I had to tell users to drag the
calendar attachment to their calendars, however, since they are not all
comfortable with technology dragging becomes a problem for most of them.
I have emailed other folks the same email with the calendar attachments and
when they hit Save & Close after opening the attachment the item is not saved
to their calendar. All of the users have one calendar in their Outlook.
I can't seem to figure out what is causing this issue since Outlook did not
behave that way before.
