Calendar appointments changing on their own

I am having a problem with appointments on Outlook 2003 calendar. For
example, I set up a birthday on 3/22 as an all day event. The next time I
open Outlook, the birthday is a 2 day event from 11am on the 22nd to 11am on
the 23rd. (It doesn't always do that exactly.) I don't know why it's doing
that. It never used to do it until a couple weeks ago, but it's really
bothering me!! Can anyone help? Thanks, Todd
