My calendar labels the days as "04/18, 04/19, etc." I want to change that
format to "Monday, April 18;Tuesday, April 19; etc." I've looked in several
books and I see the format I want in the pictures but, can't find the switch
to make the change. Someone suggested that I make the change from the control
panel but, this did not help.

Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks.

After furious head scratching, robfm asked:
