When clicking on Calendar or Outlook Today the mouse
changes into the hour glass shape and nothing happens.
I've used "dectect and repair" feature also I have
uninstall and reinstall the entire Office 2000 software
and I still have the same problem. I have XP Pro, Norton
Utilites, sygate firewall and a few sypware programs also
running.

Thanks for any help.

Try creating a new mail profile if you are using Outlook in Corporate or
Workgroup mode. Control Panel-Mail Icon.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, James Maye asked:

I have encountered the same problem. It happened with my
version of office XP first. Then, after giving up, I
installed Office 2000 to see if that would fix the
problem. Nope. Same issue. The program crashes when I
ty to open Calendar or Today. I run WIndows XP Home on a
Pentium 4HT. I have Norton AntiVirus and the ActiveSync
3.7.1. Help! I need my calendar to work!
