If you're using the Outlook Connector, you should be able to drag the
contents of the MSN calendar or contacts to a PST-based calendar or contacts
folder. NO export/import needed.

OK, now I am lost. First I think I used the wrong term, "import".

I have msn premium email which I pay for and access through hotmail. My
outlook will bring all email into outlook however since I loaded trhe beta
version of outlook ALL contacts and calendar information are gone. I have to
go online to hotmail to view calendar or contact information.

Are you saying I can drag from somewhere that stores the online calendar and
contact information, if so where are the file(s)?

Additionally, I have a laptop that still has outlook 2003 on it and connects
to outlook correctly bringing in email, contacts and calendar. Is it possible
to use that .pst file to replace the corrent one in the beta outlook and have
it work properly.

Thank you, I await your answer.

Can you not see the Calendar and Contacts folders in the Hotmail PST? If
not, perhaps you were using Outlook Live before you installed Office 2007
and since Outlook 2007 isn't Outlook Live, maybe that's the issue.

I don't think replacing the PST will do what you want.

Hell Brian,
I was using outlook 2003, the same is on my laptop now, I am very sure of
what I was using. I can not get to the hotmail or msn mail .pst. It is a http
mail account and the data is on a msn mail server. However, as I said before
with outlook 2003 when I connect to my msn account everything was brought
into the account.

Did you download and install the updated Outlook Connector for Outlook 2007?
