I keep getting the windows calculator popping up at various
times,sometimes only a few,sometimes as many as 165 at a
time.Please help me,ive tried every thing i Know of.

what do you mean ?

It sounds like someone may have planted a trojan horse on your computer and
is screwing around. Run a good anti-virus scanner with updated definitions.
While you're at it, it would probably be a good time to install a personal
firewall, and run an anti-spyware program as well if you haven't done those
things already.
