Hi, I'm having the exact same problems with multiple users on different excel workbooks; formulas just don't recalculates values, combination of F9 and cell format methods didn't solve the issue.
The only workaround I've found is copying a cell value within the calculation problem range and then pasting it to the rest of the range cells, then values are calculated correctly.
Have anyone found a permanent solution or identified the root cause?

Thanks.

Hi Bob, Excuse my intrusion, but I'm having the same problem. I tried ALT-CNTRL-F9 and it works, but I have to press these 3 keys every time I enter a new data int the worksheet.
