I am trying to build a document that has 10 questions and each question has three radio button options (only 1 can be selected for each question).

How can I assign values to each selection (e.g. Question 1, option 1=1, option 2 =2 and option 3=0)? I found a response on a prior post (from a few years ago) that references TextInput FormField and I'm not familiar with that or Visual Basic Editor.

Additionally, I'd like the form to be able to sum the results from each response for me, at the end of the document.

I'm a novice and may have bitten off more than I can chew, but hoping to get some guidance.

Best!
