I have 7 headings e.g.
Starting Time 08:00
Finish Time 16:00
Hours attended 8:00
Lunch Break 0:35
Hours Worked 7:25
Standard Time 7:25
Daily =/- 0:00

I have a problem calculating the Daily =/-, if the hours worked ar
less than 7:25.
If I work more than the Standard Time I have a plus figure, if I wor
less than my Standard Time I have a minus figure. It's this minu
figure I have a problem calculating, I get a string of ###### in th
cell. Can someone help me with the formula.
I hope you can understand this

The Windows default 1900 date system can't display negative times.

You can use the Mac default 1904 date system which does display negative
times (Tools/Options/Calculation, check the 1904 date system checkbox).

Note that any dates you've already entered will display as off by 4
years and 1 day after changing date systems, but dates entered after the
change will be consistent.

I can now get a negative time, the only problem now is the 0:00 i
showing as a negative number. Is there any way to change this to
positive number.

Thank
