Calculating fees within Outlook

Hi,

Is there a way of adding a calculating feature into the calender in Outlook
whereby I can calculate consulting fees for specific appoinments I have
entered into the Outlook calender?
Would be grateful for any advice or tutrials.

Tasks have time tracking features you can use this way.

Thanks Brian, but that would mean making a double note of an
appointment...one in the diary and one in the tasks. Thats too much hassle.-
then i might as well use the calender/diary and a normal billing programme.
Still looking for a solution (macros in excel??) that would do both
