Is there a way in Outlook to calculate the date? Like if
I'm told we have to file something twenty days from a
certain date - will Outlook calculate that?

Try this: Go to the calendar and then go to today's date (or the date
you want to use as a starting point). Then go to View | Go To | Go To
Date and in the Date box, type the date followed by a space, a plus sign
and the number of days, followed by the letter "d" (for "days"). So for
120 days from today, you might type:

4/2/2003 +120d (this example is in U.S. date format)

When you click OK, the calendar should jump ahead to the date that
occurs 120 days from July 1, 2003...which is October 29, 2003.

Sorry, typo...the example in my previous reply should have matched
today's date, like this:

7/1/2003 +120d
