Tools>Options>Email Options>Tracking Options> and check "Process requests
and responses on arrival" This option also known as the "sniffer" will wait
until Outlook is idle and traverse your inbox. Any meeting items it finds
will be placed as tenative on your calendar. Since this is a background
feature, times vary for sniffing the items onto your calendar. 5 minutes is
a rough average, but this depends greatly on the number of new items in your
inbox and your usuage of Outlook.
