When attempting to drop an audio file in the window to
build a CD for burning, the software locks up and I get
that silly new XP dialog box that says "Sorry for the
inconvenience but we have to shut your system down now.
Do you wish to send a report?" \
GOOD GRIEF!!! I'm trying to master and burn a CD, I'm not
even on line.

Any ideas? I've been using this software for over a year
without a hitch until all these HUGE friggin' service
packs that seem to be making matters worse than the
original software. What did all these security updates
have to do to with the audio software?
Any helpful suggestion is appreciated.
Oh...YES I've un-installed, re-installed etc. etc. which
didn't change a thing.
Thanks
Bob

You did not state what program/application you are using to burn the CD.
If you are using a 3rd party application such as Nero or Roxio, you may need
to reinstall those programs.
