If anyone is looking for a good freeware CAD app, try Quick Tools:

The freeware version has plenty of tools for basic design jobs, and is the
best of the several I've tried. I just needed to lay out a simple project
and this got the job done in no time.
There is a nag screen before and after you use it, but it's not intrusive.
